Electrotherapy includes a series of treatments that use electricity to relieve pain, improve circulation, repair tissues, strengthen muscles, and promote bone growth, thereby improving body function .Electrotherapy devices generally consist of battery-operated devices that are connected by wires to adhesive electrodes placed on the skin. The electrode pads are sticky, so they stick to the skin. Once the electrodes are connected and the device is turned on, a mild current is sent to the skin through the electrodes. Some newer electrotherapy devices bypass cables and combine electrodes and battery power into a single unit, which can be used without drawing attention to the back, arms, legs or other places during work or other daily activities. The hand controller is used to adjust the level of stimulation. Although many people find electrotherapy helpful, others do not. The medical literature on the effectiveness of electrotherapy has mixed reviews, and not all electrotherapy treatments are supported by research. In this multiple techniques are used as ultrasound, Interferential therapy, laser, Tration , Wax bath, Electrical stimulation, tens, Percussion massager.
